WHO WE ARE

Opa is German for "Grandpa" and Opa's Small Batch is all about helping people who require a low-salt diet eat tasty food!  We make a line of Very Low Sodium (per FDA definition) condiments and sauces that we sell at the local Farmer's Market and online through this website.
